Terms of Use

The terms that govern your use of this website, including important notices about legal advice and the attorney client relationship.

Last updated October 29, 2026

01

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of fakudelawgroup.com (the “Site”), operated by Fakude Law Group (the “Firm,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

03

No attorney client relationship

Using this Site, reading its content, or contacting the Firm through the Site, by email or by phone does not create an attorney client relationship. An attorney client relationship is formed only when the Firm has confirmed there is no conflict of interest and both you and the Firm have signed a written engagement agreement.

04

Do not send confidential information

Until an attorney client relationship has been established, please do not send confidential, sensitive or time-sensitive information through the Site’s contact form or by email. Information you send before an engagement may not be treated as privileged or confidential, and sending it does not prevent the Firm from representing another party in the same or a related matter.

If you have a deadline, such as a court date, statute of limitations or immigration filing deadline, do not rely on a website inquiry. Call the Firm directly and consult an attorney promptly.

05

Attorney advertising and jurisdiction

This Site may be considered attorney advertising under the rules of professional conduct of certain jurisdictions. Prior results, where described, do not guarantee a similar outcome.

The Firm’s attorney is admitted to practice in New York, the District of Columbia and Texas. The Firm does not seek to represent anyone based solely on visiting this Site in a jurisdiction where it would not comply with that jurisdiction’s rules. Federal immigration matters may be handled for clients in any state or abroad.

06

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Firm’s seal and name, and the arrangement of materials, are owned by the Firm or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the Site’s content without the Firm’s prior written permission.

Photographs credited on the About page are used under their respective public domain or open licenses.

07

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • ✦Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
  • ✦Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems.
  • ✦Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code, or interfere with the Site’s operation.
  • ✦Use automated means to scrape, harvest or collect content or contact information from the Site.
  • ✦Submit false, misleading or impersonating information through any form.
09

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Firm does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

10

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm and its attorneys and staff will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, or any action taken in reliance on it.

11

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the District of Columbia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12

Changes to these terms

The Firm may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
