FakudeLaw Group

About the firm

A boutique firm for a digital era.

Fakude Law Group was founded on a simple idea: clients deserve counsel who understand both the law and the technology that now sits at the center of nearly every matter.

Our story

Where law meets the data

Disputes that once turned on paper files now turn on phones, servers, cloud accounts and chat logs. People and businesses that once stayed in one country now build lives and companies across borders. Fakude Law Group was built for that reality.

From our office in Washington, D.C., we advise clients on digital forensics, eDiscovery, litigation and immigration. What connects these practices is evidence: gathering it properly, understanding exactly what it shows, and presenting it clearly, whether to a court, an opposing party or an immigration officer.

We are deliberately small. Clients work directly with their attorney, receive candid advice, and get the kind of attention that is hard to find at larger firms.

Why a boutique

The advantages of focus

Large-firm capability on the issues that matter most, with the attention of a small practice.

01

Senior attention on every matter

Your matter is handled by the attorney you hire, not delegated down a chain.

02

Technical and legal in one place

Forensic, discovery and litigation judgment combined, without the hand-offs between separate vendors and counsel.

03

Efficient by design

Lean staffing and focused scoping keep costs proportional to what is at stake.

04

Flexible engagement

We take matters directly or support other firms and in-house teams as co-counsel or evidence counsel.
