Overview

Fakude Law Group respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through fakudelawgroup.com (the “Site”) and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site and to inquiries from prospective clients. Information about clients who have engaged the Firm is also protected by the attorney client privilege and our professional duty of confidentiality, which are stricter than this policy.

02

06

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is one reason we ask that you not send confidential information before an engagement is in place.

07

Data retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain conflict-check records. Client files are retained for the period required by the rules of professional conduct and applicable law, and then securely disposed of.
