Immigration
Your path to the United States, mapped clearly.
Immigration decisions shape lives and businesses. We guide individuals, families, entrepreneurs and investors through U.S. immigration with clear strategy, careful preparation and steady communication from consultation to approval.
U.S. immigration law offers many pathways, but each comes with its own eligibility rules, evidence requirements, timelines and long-term consequences. Choosing the right one at the start, and documenting it thoroughly, is the best way to avoid delays, requests for evidence and denials.
We advise entrepreneurs and investors looking to build or invest in a U.S. business, professionals with specialized skills or extraordinary achievements, companies moving key personnel to the United States, and families seeking to reunite. For each client we compare the realistic options, explain the trade-offs, and build a filing strategy that fits both immediate goals and long-term plans.
Because immigration petitions are evidence-driven, our attention to documentation carries over directly: well-organized, well-supported filings tell a clear story to the officer reviewing them.

FAQ
Common questions
Which visa is right for me?+
It depends on your nationality, goals, background, business plans and family situation. In a consultation we review your circumstances and compare the realistic options, including timelines and costs.
How much do I need to invest for an E-2 visa?+
There is no fixed minimum. The investment must be substantial relative to the cost of the business, at risk, and enough to make the business viable. We help assess what that means for your specific plan.
What is the EB-5 investment amount?+
Under current law the standard amount is $1,050,000, or $800,000 for projects in a targeted employment area or qualifying infrastructure project, and the investment must create at least ten full-time jobs.
Can my spouse and children come with me?+
In most categories, yes. Spouses and unmarried children under 21 can usually accompany or follow the principal applicant, and in some categories, such as E-2 and L-1, spouses may work.
How long does the process take?+
Timelines vary widely by category, country of birth and agency workload, from a few months to several years. We give you a realistic estimate at the outset and keep you informed.
Can you help if I received a request for evidence?+
Yes. A timely, well-organized response that directly addresses the officer's concerns is critical. Bring us the notice and your original filing as soon as possible.
